Return Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned (see section below).
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- In the original packaging (including any protective wrapping or boxes)
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not listed as a non-returnable item (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All keukentextiel (kitchen textiles) – including aprons, oven mitts, and towels
- Barartikelen (bar items) – such as cocktail shakers and bar tools
- Opened or used food preparation items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “final sale”
Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate your return: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use our template below for convenience.
- Wait for authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip.
- Ship your return: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to: Oldenhof Keukenartikelen

Netherlands - Wait for processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide instructions.
For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning your original purchase (following the return process above) and placing a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
